I hear you've got a new man in Kirkcaldy, Russell Forsyth. Nice guy, he sold me a couple of cars in the past, we always enjoyed sliding the bits of paper across the desk at each other, then seeing who could put on the most shocked face!

I don't see his name on the network yet, maybe he's still using bits of paper! Drag yourself into the 21st century Russell!

Kyle Murdoch, from Podcastmatters, and his friend Andrew are cycling from Land's End to John O'Groats to raise money for breast cancer via the White lily charity.



Phoenix kindly sponsored the boys, who have given up their summer holiday to complete this mammoth task. Due to finish this weekend, the boys have found it tougher than they ever imagined and, Kyle busting his knee of day tree didn't help much.
