The network is now up and running and there are lots of good discussions and blogs being posted. The most successful networks are those that have lots of members and a wide variety of content so, we need to get as many people to join as possible. Below I have listed a couple of ways that you can help to make the network even better.
1. Invite anyone from your email address book that might be interested in motoring news, cars, driving or networking. To do this you select "Invite" in the main menu and follow the steps to import email addresses, you will be given the opportunity to hand pick the ones you want to invite after your address book is imported. The ones you don't invite are automatically deleted from the network.
2. Invite all customers. If someone buys a car, or comes in for a service, please make sure you get an email address from them, by the time they get home you can have a nice invitation message waiting in their inbox. To do this you use the same "Invite" tab and type in there address and a personal message.
3. If you see one of your customers joining, please send them a personal welcome message and encourage them to take part in discussions, blogs and uploading photos or video. Most importantly, encourage them to invite their friends and family.
4. Continue to post blogs, discussions and video content (We have around 3500 video views so far on the Phoenix Car Company YouTube channel), the more content we have on the site the more interesting it is to the members so, please keep up the good work.
Lastly, be sure to let me know if you have any ideas of your own that may improve the site. The success of the network will come through collaboration and constant improvement.
Thanks for your support so far, if you have any questions please don't hesitate to get in touch.

Welcome to the Phoenix Car Club network site, I hope you like it.
The trick now is to get people posting blogs and discussions on the network to get some real activity going on it before we go live.
Blog posts are particularly good because Google loves them and will rank them highly in the search results. Blog posts don't need to be long or formal, in fact, the less formal and more personal the better. They might include just a quick not to say what you've been doing eg. "I've just finished a sales meeting to discuss the latest offers we have in the dealership, some great deals agreed ad the customers will appreciate some of the things we are offering as of today" or "Just saw the first Kia Soul's coming off the transporter, they look fantastic! They're going to be a big hit with the younger drivers, very funky indeed".
You might then decide to start a discussion post that asks for opinions on the new Kia Soul.
I'm sure you get the idea, it's all about activity and humanizing Phoenix. The more topics the better, people loving reading up-to-date content no matter how trivial.
If you've got any questions about the operation of the network just pop an email off to me at phoenix@podcastmatters.co.uk and I'll get back to you. Alternatively, you can call me on 0141 616 3155.
Hope you enjoy networking and helping to build the Phoenix brand on the network.
